Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 5, 2026
Bostic Solutions (“we,” “us,” or “the practice”) operates this website and an internal scheduling and practice-management application used by our staff and clinicians. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this website and application.
This policy does not replace and is not a substitute for our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which governs how we use and disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) for patients in our care. If you are a current or prospective patient, please request a copy of our Notice of Privacy Practices directly from our office.
Information we collect
Our public website may collect basic contact information you voluntarily submit to us (such as through a contact or waitlist form), including your name, phone number, and email address, for the purpose of responding to your inquiry or adding you to our waitlist.
Our internal scheduling application is used only by practice staff and clinicians and is not intended for use by patients directly. It stores patient scheduling and clinical information as required to operate the practice, protected under our HIPAA safeguards.
Google Calendar integration
Our internal scheduling application offers clinicians the option to connect their personal Google Calendar so that their own appointment times appear as busy blocks on their calendar. This integration:
- Is optional and controlled entirely by the individual clinician, who may disconnect it at any time.
- Creates calendar entries containing only a generic appointment label (e.g. “Therapy Session (Busy)”) and whether it is telehealth or in-person — never a patient’s name or any clinical information.
- Does not read, collect, or store any other content from the clinician’s Google Calendar.
- Uses Google’s OAuth authorization only to create, update, and remove these busy-block entries on the clinician’s behalf.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Cookies
Our website and application may use essential cookies or local browser storage necessary for basic functionality, such as keeping you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How we protect information
Patient information handled by our scheduling application is encrypted at rest and access is limited to authorized staff and clinicians on a minimum-necessary basis, consistent with HIPAA requirements.
